We spend the marketing budget. You receive inquiries who have already provided medical history, procedure intent, and timing.
All patient-facing communication (emails, WhatsApp, documents) is handled in the patient's language by our coordinators, not your front desk.
Patients pay our US billing entity in USD by card or bank transfer. You invoice us per procedure at the agreed rate. No córdoba conversion, no chargeback exposure, no international card processing.
Airport pickup, ground transport, hotel, translator, recovery accommodations — all managed by us. Your only logistical responsibility is the OR schedule.
A secure portal handles document upload, appointment confirmations, and post-op messaging. Cuts down on phone-tag with international patients in different time zones.
We handle patient check-ins during recovery and for 30 days post-return. You're not fielding late-night WhatsApp messages from Florida — we are.
We never ask a partner to commit to exclusivity or volume on day one. The onboarding is built for mutual evaluation.

One page. Scope, wholesale pricing expectations, SLAs, and what we each provide. You approve or negotiate.
Non-exclusive, pay-per-case. First 5 referrals are the evaluation. Either side can walk away without penalty.

We don't publish rate cards because each partner is different — procedure mix, volume commitments, payment timing, and exclusivity all move the number.
NicaRenova is the facilitator, not the provider. The treating clinic retains full medical responsibility as licensed in Nicaragua.
